KWA DLAMINI GL (KGL) is a transformation consulting, training and finance solutions business based in Midrand, Gauteng. We are an exempted Micro Enterprise, 100% black female owned, with a Level 1 B-BBEE and empowering status — and more than 16 years of experience in the transformation industry.
Our director worked at the dti and participated in the development of the Codes gazetted in 2007. She currently serves as a Lead Technical Advisor in the development of the Petroleum & Liquid Fuels Sector Code, to be gazetted for public commentary S5(9).

CEO
Zameka Tambekile
Zameka Tambekile is an experienced transformation and empowerment specialist with over 16 years in the industry. She is the CEO of KWA DLAMINI GL, with qualifications in Marketing Management and Economic Development, and extensive experience in B-BBEE compliance, transformation strategy, and enterprise and supplier development.
Having worked at the dti, she was part of the team that developed and gazetted the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice in 2007. She currently serves as a Lead Technical Advisor for the Petroleum & Liquid Fuels Sector Code, and has provided advisory services across multiple sectors — including financial services, construction, mining, agriculture and tourism.
